Well I gotta say I'm partial "Coach Z goes to Jail" - anyone who can manage to write that much in Coach Z-ese (no idea how to punctuate that correctly, Your Editorness). Though since I don't watch Alias or Cowboy Beebop, a little lost on some of the characters.
Big-Bold-D (Math Buddha) is a master at Coach Z-ese. He also did a good job at Homestar-ese for my story last night. I couldn't quite get his liquidy slurred style.
We have this box full of character name that we riffle through. I riffle a little more than the others, because I know fewer of the characters. Last night, my challenge was to mix Homestar, who worked at Home Compy Star Repair, with David Addison, investigator at Blue Moon Investigations (a.k.a. Bruce Willis in the 80s TV show Moonlighting), and the new hire, Audrey Horn (she was the daughter of the owner of the Great Wolf Lodge in Twin Peaks). I was satisfied with the results, and I think David Addison was too.
Interesting that out of all that randomness you pick out Alias and Cowboy Bebop as examples of the shows you don't know.
Alias is one of my favorite current shows, though I’m not happy with the transition from the third to fourth seasons. (We’re still waiting to see how it will pan out.) And Cowboy Bebop is an anime standard with great jazz music. I’m not the anime aficionado that some of my friends are, but I highly recommend it in original Japanese and even the English dub is really good.

Awesome. Totally awesome. You have to do this again sometime...
You're not admitting to knowing who any of these character are, are you?
I'm glad you liked them. They had us in stitches after we'd written them.
